KUWAIT CITY, May 13: The Family Court has issued a ruling compelling a Kuwaiti man to divorce his Kuwaiti wife and granting her custody of their children. The court issued its ruling after confirming that the man suffered from sexual dysfunction caused by excessive use of hormones intended for muscle building, in addition to his repeated acts of infidelity. Lawyer Muhammad Safar, who represented the woman, filed for divorce on the grounds of harm and sought custody of the children. He presented evidence proving the defendant’s sexual dysfunction due to continuous hormone use, along with multiple documented instances of infidelity. These included content shared on social media, where the husband frequently displayed his physique and engaged in inappropriate relationships with several women.
