‘Chances for dust due to northwesterly wind’

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 3, (KUNA): The meteorological department of Kuwait’s Civil Aviation said Wednesday that there was a chance for dust hitting open areas in Kuwait due to the advent of northwesterly wind with a speed of 20 to 45 kilometers per hour.

The department also said that the wind direction will change this evening to light southeastern wind, with a speed of 8 to 28 kilometers per hour. Coastal areas will be relatively humid. Today’s maximum temperature will reach 49 Degrees Celsius according to the meteorological department with a minimum temperature of 37 Degrees Celsius at dawn.

Marine forecast suggests moderate to rough waves between 3 to 6 feet during the day, and slight to moderate waves between 1 to 4 feet during the night.
