Carcass of dog left on beach triggers security alert

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 23: A security alert was triggered when someone left behind the carcass of a canine wrapped in a sheet of cloth and placed inside a travel bag on the beach near the Abu Al-Hasaniyah area.
A security source said when a Kuwait woman, born in 1977, contacted the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior that bad odor was coming from the bag, authorities from Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, along with forensic experts rushed to the site and after carefully opening the bag found the decomposed carcass of the dog, reports Al-Anba daily.
