KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: In what is seen as almost one incident happening every week police are looking for an unidentified person for stealing the vehicle of a Syrian man, reports Al-Anba daily.

In his complaint to the Fahaheel Police Station, the man said he left his car in operation and for just a few minutes and entered a pharmacy to buy medicine in the area and when he returned to the car he saw a man getting behind the wheel and driving off.

He added, he attempted to stop the man but the latter escaped. Police have relayed the description of the car to all police patrols and issued a citation and a KD 5 fine against the Syrian for violating a traffic law – for leaving the car in operation. The security sources have time and again warned motorists not to leave their car in operation even for one minute.
