Bodies of Al-Mutairi and Al-Dhafiri repatriated from Iraq, burial tomorrow

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 27: The remains of Faisal Al-Mutairi, a Kuwaiti citizen, and his Saudi friend, Anwar Al-Dhafiri, have been repatriated to their home country after being discovered following their disappearance in Anbar Governorate. The bodies were found near their burnt vehicle, and upon arrival in Kuwait through the Abdali port, they were transported by ambulances and forensic vehicles.

Scheduled for burial tomorrow, Thursday, the return of the deceased citizens marks the conclusion of a distressing incident that took place in Iraq. According to informed sources, Kuwait is currently awaiting the final criminal report detailing the circumstances surrounding the tragic accident that claimed the lives of Faisal Al-Mutairi and Anwar Al-Dhafiri.
