KUWAIT CITY, Dec 11: The Defense Ministry in a statement said what has been published by Hamad Al-Matar on his Twitter account that a Kuwaiti pilot has refused orders to take part in an air raid in Yemen holds no water, reports Al-Rai daily.

The ministry added, the Kuwaiti air force pilots are patriotic and carry the responsibility to protect the Arab homeland and obey orders. The ministry pointed out, such rumors are aimed at spreading sedition, distort the facts and a kind of mud-slinging at the Kuwaiti military institution.

The ministry stressed Kuwaiti army personnel are committed to the utmost discipline and ready for combat to protect the nation and its dignity. The statement added, such tweets are not the first and will not be the last since the Muslim Brotherhood has been questioning the loyalty of many people in the country to sow strife and discord.
