Bid to renew licenses for companies – MoCI to implement online system

KUWAIT CITY, April 27: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) will soon implement the online system for renewal of licenses for companies, reports Aljarida daily quoting sources.
Affirming the electronic system will be ready in the next few months, sources said different types of companies — whether joint, LTM or non-profit — will be allowed to renew their licenses online once the system is ready. Sources also unveiled a plan to include other companies gradually.
Sources added this step is in line with the intention of the ministry to update laws and adopt new legislation to improve the business environmen
