MANAMA, Bahrain, June 23: Bahrain’s Civil Service Bureau (CSB) announced on Monday that all ministries and government agencies will resume normal operations starting Tuesday, June 24.

According to the Bahrain News Agency (BNA), the CSB stated, “Further to the decision to activate remote work in government agencies, work will return to normal tomorrow, Tuesday.”

The decision comes after a temporary shift to remote work, with up to 70 percent of government employees working from home as of Sunday. The measure had been introduced in response to regional developments and in the interest of public safety.

The CSB noted that the temporary remote work directive excluded sectors that require in-person attendance or follow special procedures during emergency situations.

With conditions now deemed stable, the Bureau has confirmed that all government entities are to return to regular work schedules effective immediately.
