MANAMA, Nov 9: The international press conference for Brave International Fight Week 2023 took place in the Bahraini capital, Manama. The event is scheduled to run from December 5 to 16 at the Khalifa City Sports Hall, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee.

Muhammad Shahid, the head of the Brave Organization, expressed that the Kingdom of Bahrain is set for a historic global sporting event as it hosts the largest edition of the Brave International Fighting Week, coinciding with the National Holidays of Bahrain in December. Bahrain will host three editions of the BRAVE CF professional mixed martial arts tournaments: BRAVE CF 77 on December 5, BRAVE CF 79 on December 8, and BRAVE CF 80 on December 15.

The event will also feature the fourth edition of the Asian Mixed Martial Arts Championships for amateur mixed fighting. Shahid highlighted Bahrain's significant role in combat sports, attributing it to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad. The Kingdom has solidified its prestigious position on the global sports map, achieving success in mixed martial arts at regional, continental, and international levels. Shahid affirmed that the Brave organization aims to maintain its success and set new records through this tournament.
