CAIRO, Aug 12; Kuwait junior basketball team suffered a heavy 81-57 loss to Bahrain at the Cairo Stadium Complex, during the third round of the 22nd Arab Junior Basketball Championship.
With this defeat, the Blues now have 4 points, earned from a win over Qatar and losses to Tunisia and Bahrain. Meanwhile, Bahrain remains unbeaten with three straight wins over Qatar, Algeria, and Kuwait, accumulating 6 points and leading the tournament.
The championship features six Arab teams and will conclude with the final match on August 17.
