Baby dies in a cuddle – Mother blamed

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 6: A one-month old Kuwaiti boy died in the embrace of his mother as the latter slept cuddling him, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The daily added, the mother rushed the baby boy to the Mubarak Al-Kabir Hospital, who was bleeding from the nose, but upon arrival the baby was declared dead. The corpse has been referred to Forensics to identify the cause of death. In the meantime, the mother said she was cuddling the baby and fell asleep for few minutes and when she suddenly woke up she saw the baby bleeding from the nose and not moving. A security source said the mother has been charged with negligence.
