‘Awqaf’ to Hajj pilgrims: Be the best ambassadors for Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, May 27: The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Dr. Bader Al-Mutairi, alongside members of the Hajj delegation, emphasized their commitment to representing Kuwait with honor and integrity during the upcoming Hajj pilgrimage. Their goal is to serve as exemplary ambassadors for Kuwait, upholding the values of goodwill and adherence to Saudi Arabian regulations and laws.

This declaration was made during an enlightening meeting held at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, where mission members from various participating ministries convened. Muhammad Al-Mutairi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Media and Foreign Relations Sector and Deputy Head of the Hajj Mission underscored the significance of each member’s role in serving Kuwaiti pilgrims.

Al-Mutairi urged all members to collaborate closely, emphasizing the collective responsibility to represent not only themselves but also the Kuwaiti Hajj delegation and the nation as a whole. He stressed the importance of teamwork, cohesion, and cooperation, building upon the collaborative efforts of previous years.

Furthermore, Al-Mutairi emphasized the need for meticulous planning from the moment of arrival in Makkah until the conclusion of the pilgrimage. It is essential to document all activities and tasks undertaken by the mission to compile a comprehensive report for submission to the Council of Ministers. This report will ensure transparency and accountability, providing a detailed overview of the mission’s endeavors and achievements.
