Article 8 women with adjusted status to receive notifications via 'Sahel' starting Aug 31: MoI

Official notifications via Sahel starting August 31 to female beneficiaries with revoked nationalities (Article 8) who have completed the status adjustment.

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 14 The Ministry of Interior (MoI), in collaboration with the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI), announced on Wednesday that starting August 31, official notifications will be issued through the government’s unified e-services application, Sahel.

These notifications are specifically intended for female beneficiaries who have completed the necessary procedures to amend their legal status, as part of cases involving the revocation of Kuwaiti nationality under Article 8 of the Law. The move follows the implementation of a formal mechanism approved by the Ministry of Interior to manage and regularize such cases.

In a joint statement, both the MoI and PACI urged eligible individuals not to visit PACI offices in person at this time. Instead, they are advised to await official communication via the Sahel application.
