Arab Times Editor-in-Chief receives tourism official from Switzerland

Editor-in-Chief of Arab Times and Al-Seyassah newspapers Ahmed Al-Jarallah receives Tamara Loffel-Jager, Head of Business Development at Graubünden Ferien in Switzerland. Managing Editor of Arab Times and Managing Editor of Al-Seyassah were present at the occasion.

KUWAIT CITY, May 20: Dean of Kuwaiti Journalism and Editor-in-Chief of the Arab Times and Al-Seyassah newspapers on Tuesday met in his office Tamara Loffel-Jager, Head of Business Development at Graubünden Ferien in Switzerland. Al-Jarallah welcomed the guest, praising the efforts of Graubünden Ferien in promoting sustainable tourism in Switzerland. He emphasized the importance of strengthening media and tourism cooperation between the two sides, especially in light of Kuwaitis’ interest in European tourism in general and Swiss tourism in particular. Also present at the meeting were Managing Editor of the Arab Times, Marlon Aquino Malinao and Managing Editor of Al-Seyassah, Faisal Al-Matni.

Loffel-Jager gave a detailed presentation of the most prominent tourism factors that distinguish Graubünden, including hotels, events, cultural and recreational activities, as well as its picturesque nature, local cuisine, and health and recreation programs. She pointed out that the region represents a distinguished destination for visitors from around the world. Graubünden Ferien is the official tourism marketing organization for the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland. Its main role is to promote and develop tourism in the region by working with local partners to create and advertise travel experiences and services.
