KUWAIT CITY, July 13: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah departed the country this morning for an official visit to the friendly French Republic, accompanied by an official delegation.

At the airport, His Highness was seen off by His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah, Chief of the National Guard Sheikh Mubarak Al-Humoud, Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Al-Abdullah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sherida Al-Muasherji, along with other senior state officials.

The Amir is accompanied by a delegation that includes Minister of Defense Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ali Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya, Director General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad, and several other senior officials.
