KUWAIT CITY, June 28: The Board of Directors at Al-Nasr Club has named former player Mohammed Al-Daihani as Director of Volleyball for the upcoming 2025–2026 season. The appointment is part of the club’s broader strategy to rejuvenate the volleyball program and entrust leadership roles to experienced professionals.
Last season, the team delivered a standout performance, runners-up in the First Division League under the guidance of coach Niaz Salam.
Al-Daihani brings extensive experience to his new role, having played for several clubs and represented the national team during his career.
In related news, the team has secured the signing of Sultan Ahmed from Al-Arabi Club to bolster the squad for the upcoming season.
Separately, former Al-Qadsiya volleyball player Saad Saleh has undergone successful knee surgery.
