Osama Hussein crowns Al-Fatat Club players.

KUWAIT CITY, June 15:  Al-Fatat Club won the women’s futsal league title for the 2024–2025 sports season following an exciting 5-5 draw against Al-Oyoun Girls Club in the final match, held at the Jleeb Youth Center.

The title was awarded to Al-Fatat Club based on league standings. Al-Oyoun Girls Club finished as runner-up, while Salwa Al-Sabah Club secured third place.

The trophy ceremony was attended by Osama Hussein, Vice Chairman of the Kuwait Football Association for Technical Affairs, along with Board Member Hanan Al-Hardan, Acting Director of the Technical Administration Adel Youssef, and Director of the Development Department Mohammed Al-Failakawi.

Al-Failakawi emphasized the Kuwait Football Association’s commitment to developing women’s football, both indoor and outdoor. He noted the impressive competition level witnessed throughout the season and the growing fan turnout, underscoring the league’s rising popularity.

He added that efforts are underway to expand the number of participating teams in future seasons, affirming the association’s dedication to advancing the women’s game professionally and sustainably.
