Kuwait City, Mar 11: Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) has continued its commitment to promoting excellence and professional development among its employees. The ‘Rising Branch’ program, designed to reward exceptional performance and elevate customer service standards, recently celebrated the exceptional achievements of employees at the Al Mansouriya and Al Adan branches.

On this occasion, Loai Muqames, CEO-Kuwait, and Johair Marafi, General Manager of Retail Banking at ABK, visited the branches to congratulate employees on achieving the coveted ‘6-Star Branch’ title for their outstanding performance in 2023. The accolade was based on specific criteria, including exceptional customer service, customer satisfaction, and contributions to the Bank's competitive position in the market.

Commenting on this achievement, Muqames underscored the Bank's commitment to appreciating and enhancing the skills of its employees, stating, "We are keen on expressing our gratitude to our employees and firmly believe they are an essential element to our success. On her part, Marafi emphasized the significance of recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance, stating, "The Rising Branch program aims to provide services that exceed customer expectations and to acknowledge and reward employees with outstanding performance. The Al Mansouriya and Al Adan branch teams have done a fantastic job and I encourage everyone to continue to go the extra mile."
