KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: Under the directives of Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila, the Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, and the Minister of State for Youth Affairs, Bashar Abdullah, the Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Youth and Sports, has approved the decision of the Special Investigation Committee regarding the incident of a child drowning in the swimming pool at the Sulaibikhat Sports Club. This decision has resulted in the termination of the contract between the club and the contracted academy for violating the terms of the contract.
