KUWAIT CITY, Sept 2: A collision between two vehicles in the area between Ishbiliya and Rehab led to the discovery of an individual who was in an inebriated state and possession of a shotgun and 18 bullets. He was arrested and referred with the seized items to the concerned authorities. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior said security operations across various governorates led to the arrest of several individuals who had drugs, liquor, and psychotropic substances. Also, many illegal street vendors and wanted vehicles were apprehended, and dilapidated vehicles were removed, with the cooperation of the Kuwait Municipality.
