KUWAIT CITY, Mar 26: The Directorate General of Civil Aviation stated in its message that the cities of the countries mentioned in circulars of 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th of March related to MUNA system and for cities located in the countries mentioned in the system in which no accredited laboratory is mentioned on (Kuwait-Mosafer) app/website, PCR test certificate can be obtained and accepted from any laboratory as long as the laboratories are accredited in the city.
