Abnormal citizen smashes into security post

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 17: A vehicle smashed into a security post at Jahara Club roundabout at about 2.30 am destroying tables and chairs. The security forces arrested the Kuwaiti citizen born in 1995 who was found in an abnormal condition and green substance which is probably hashish or marijuana was found along with 4 pills and another bag containing 8 pills.

Earlier the same security spot was inspected by Minister of Interior Sheikh Thamer Al Ali at around 11 pm. This incident occurred after 3 hours as the same chairs and table were used by the Minister of Interior.
