965 Expats Stripped of Their Official Address — KD 100 Fines Await!

KUWAIT CITY, Sep 7: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) announced through Kuwait Alyoum that the residential addresses of 965 individuals have been removed from its records. The removals were made either upon the homeowner’s declaration or due to the demolition of the respective buildings.

PACI urged the affected individuals to update their residential information within 30 days by visiting PACI offices or through the “Sahel” application. Applicants must provide the required supporting documents when submitting their new address.

The authority emphasized that failure to update the information within the specified timeframe will result in a penalty under Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982—a fine not exceeding 100 Kuwaiti dinars, multiplied by the number of individuals involved.
