KUWAIT CITY, Nov 25: Security personnel in the Capital Governorate have taken action against five expatriates arrested by patrol officers for carrying a significant quantity of cosmetics. According to a security source, the patrol team discovered the group of expatriates in possession of the cosmetics, and one individual attempted to flee but was successfully arrested. The source further stated that the expatriates are now facing charges related to engaging in business activities without the necessary license.
