KUWAIT CITY, Feb 24: Security personnel arrested four juveniles on Al Gulf Street for throwing water balloons at passersby, thus contravening the Environmental Protection Law. These incidents mark the initial statistics of offenders during national holidays. Sources disclosed that the vehicle involved was impounded, and the detained juveniles were handed over to the Environmental Police for further action. They are set to be referred to the Juvenile Prosecution and may face fines of up to 500 dinars as punishment. Emphasizing a zero-tolerance policy towards balloon throwing, the sources underscored the strict enforcement of regulations against such behavior.
