3 yr old run over by a car in Mubarakiya

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 27: A female Kuwaiti citizen ran over an 3 yr old Iraqi child in Mubarakiya Market, the child died in the Amiri Hospital. The woman was detained and the vehicle was impounded. A report of running over causing death has been filed.
