KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: Three juveniles were arrested for attempting to steal a handbag from the vehicle of a Kuwaiti woman, reports Al-Rai daily.According to security sources, patrolling officers noticed the three suspects attempting to break open the side glass of a vehicle which was parked in front of a beauty salon. As they approached the juveniles, the latter tried to escape but they were chased and seized.The three suspects admitted that they were trying to steal a handbag that was left on the seat of the vehicle. When the woman left the beauty salon, she was informed about the incident and she lodged a complaint against the three thieves, who were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.Account restored: Personnel from the Cyber Crimes department affiliated to the Ministry of Interior are said to have restored the WhatsApp account of a retired Interior Ministry senior official which was reportedly hacked from outside Kuwait, reports Al-Rai daily. This came after the victim sought help from the authorities before the hackers could tamper it. According to security sources the victim realized that his account had been backed after he received calls from his friends and when he tried to access his account, he discovered the password had been changed.Drugs found on man: Police have arrested an unidentified person for consuming drugs, reports Al-Rai daily. The man was found lying by the side of his car after one of the tires burst. Police have seized from the man meth drugs. He was also under the infl uence of drugs at the time of his arrest.
