KUWAIT CITY, Dec 25: The Ministry of Interior represented by the Investigation Department of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, arrested 3 persons with 830 bottles of locally distilled liquor and money from the sale proceeds. They and the seized items were referred to the competent authorities in order to take the necessary measures against them.
