29 held in ‘shisha’ cafe

KUWAIT CITY, March 22: Farwaniya Municipality Branch raided a coffee shop for violating government’s directives on suspending activities and arrested 29 people for taking shisha there, while the coffee shop manager is at large, says Al-Seyassah.
A source was quoted as saying security operatives are in the hunt for the coffee shop manager to take legal action against him for violating the concerned ministry’s orders to close all coffee shops.
