The liquor bottles seized from the Asian expatriateKUWAIT CITY, March 19: Ahmadi securitymen chased an Asian expatriate on foot and arrested him in possession of 20 bottles of local-made alcohol. Security sources said patrolmen on a round of Mahboula area late at night encountered the suspect who apparently was hiding behind a vehicle.
The suspect took to his heels as they approached, leaving behind a cardboard box. The officers pursued and arrested him and went ahead to check the cardboard box and found 20 bottles of local brew. The suspect claimed owning the box with its content and confessed supplying the contraband to customers in the area.
