KUWAIT CITY, July 7: An Egyptian was charged with manslaughter after a fire broke out in his apartment in Farwaniya; causing smoke to spread to the apartment of his neighbor – a family of Syrian nationality including the father, mother, two children and a disabled juvenile who all died due to the fire. The Operations Unit at the Interior Ministry dealt with the fire incident, which caused the death of a Syrian woman. Her husband and children were rushed to Farwaniya Hospital where they were declared dead upon arrival
