KUWAIT CITY, June 18: Kuwait Customs officers successfully thwarted an attempt to smuggle 1,837 boxes of various medicines through the Abdali border crossing. The operation was carried out after customs inspectors at the Abdali Customs Administration grew suspicious of a shipment as it was being transported out of the country. A detailed inspection was conducted, revealing six large boxes containing a total of 1,837 smaller boxes filled with assorted medicines. The shipment was immediately confiscated, and all seized items were handed over to the Ministry of Health for further investigation and appropriate action.
