KUWAIT CITY, Oct 30: Based on information received about a number of suspects offering its customers special services with immoral acts for KD 20. Security campaign launched by a tripartite committee in the Abu Halifa area resulted in the arrest of 16 expats impersonating as women in a health institute specialized in massage.
The service provided in the health institute violated the law and public morals. Immoral services were rendered inside the rooms for a specified period of time. The violators have been referred to the competent authorities in preparation to be deported from Kuwait.
