KUWAIT CITY, July 29: During an inspection campaign inside the Shuwaikh Industrial Area personnel from the General Traffic Department issued 120 citations against abandoned garages, workshops and vehicles, reports Al-Rai daily. The campaign, which was carried out by the inspection team of the Technical Inspection Department, with the participation of government agencies, was led by Assistant Director General of Technical Affairs in the General Traffic Department, Brigadier General Muhammad Al-Adwani. During the campaign, six expatriates – violators of the residence permit – were taken into custody and the Kuwait Municipality issued 112 citations against violating workshops.
