KUWAIT CITY, Nov 30:  Traffic patrols in Ahmadi Governorate conducted a surprise campaign on Al-Wafra Road to monitor traffic violations and improve road safety, according to a statement from the Ministry of Interior on Saturday.

The campaign resulted in the issuance of 101 traffic violations, including reckless driving, failure to comply with traffic regulations, and driving without a valid license.

The statement also mentioned that two minors were referred to the Juvenile Prosecution for legal action after being caught driving underage. In addition, 10 vehicles were impounded due to serious violations committed by their owners.

The ministry emphasized that this initiative is part of the ongoing efforts by the General Traffic Department to reduce traffic accidents and ensure compliance with traffic laws. The Interior Ministry confirmed that such campaigns will continue to promote road safety and security.
