KUWAIT CITY, May 20: During a crackdown on establishment to arrest residence and labor laws, 15 beauty parlors were put under surveillance in the Hawalli governorate and during a search operation, personnel from the Tripartite Committee have arrested 10 Asian women.The committee members, comprising personnel from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Commerce and the Kuwait Municipality, have also issued citations against the beauty parlors and several other commercial establishments.
