KUWAIT CITY, April 30: A 16-year-old Kuwaiti boy brutally murdered an 18-year old compatriot in front of the victim’s residence in Sabah Al-Nasser. On Saturday morning, the Operations Unit at the Interior Ministry dispatched rescue officers to the location, in response a distress call reporting that a Kuwaiti minor was lying in a pool of blood after a young boy stabbed him.

The rescue officers promptly arrived at the scene with an ambulance and conducted preliminary check to ascertain status of the victim, revealing that he was already dead before their arrival at the scene. The culprit handed himself over to the law enforcement agents at Taima Police Station. When the officers asked him why he committed the crime, he simply responded that the victim was staring at him.
