KUWAIT CITY, Apr 24: There was low turn out yet on second day from undocumented Sri Lankan's on Thursday for amnesty despite the presence of security men, medical staff, volunteers, and other staff being present at amnesty centers.
The total number of Sri Lankans who applied yesterday did not exceed 50 as a maximum of both sexes, and this is expected to continue at two schools of Farwaniya the Sri Lankan offenders will be received today and tomorrow.
