Workers on Ministry of Public Works project working under scorching sun

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 17: A group of workers at one of the construction projects supervised by the Ministry of Public Works are seen working under the scorching sun which had reached more than 45 degrees Celsius, pulling a thick rope over their shoulders – the rope used for lifting weights, without the slightest responsibility of the company employing them in terms of security and safety, reports Al-Rai daily.

One tends to ask whatever happened to the law that is supposed to prevent workers from working under the direct sun heat in the afternoon time.
