KUWAIT CITY, June 6: Personnel from the Public Security Sector have arrested an African woman who removed her clothes and threw on a public road while being arrested, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily said this happened when the securitymen went to check of a report about immoral act in a public place. The woman has been charged with immorality and indecency in public. She has been referred to concerned authorities.
