KUWAIT CITY, Sept 30: The electoral main committee in the 3rd constituency announced the 10 winners of the National Assembly for the 17th legislative term 2022, which took place on Thursday
. Saturday

The following is the profile of the ten winners in the constituency according to the number of votes:

First winner:
Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Saadoun: (12,239) votes.
Born in 1934 – Former Speaker of the National Assembly – Member of the National Assembly (1975 – 1981 – 1985 – 1992 – 1996 – 1999 – 2003 – 2006 – 2008 – 2009 – 2012) – Assistant Undersecretary for Telegraph and Telephone Affairs in the Ministry of Communications – Founded Kazma Club in 1964, President of the Kuwait Football Association from 1968 until 1976.

Second winner:
Muhalhal Khaled Al-Mudhaf: (7,005 votes)
Born in 1971 – Member of Parliament 2020 – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – Faculty member at the Industrial Institute of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training – Member of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Society for Environmental Protection and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Society for the Defense of Public Funds.

Third winner:
Abdul Karim Abdullah Al-Kandari: (6,915 votes)
Born in 1981, holds a PhD in business and commercial law, works as a lawyer and professor at the Faculty of Law at Kuwait University, certified arbitrator at the Kuwait Bar Association, member of the Kuwait Bar Association, member of the Institutions Law Center at the University of Strasbourg, France. Member of the National Assembly (2013 – 2016 – 2020).

Fourth winner:
Muhannad Talal Al-Sayer: (5,998 votes)
Born in 1981 – Member of the National Assembly 2020 – Master in Private Law – Lawyer – Vice President of the Lawyers Association.

Fifth winner:
Abdulaziz Tariq Al-Saqabi: (5,329 votes)
Born in 1986 – Member of the National Assembly 2020 – Bachelor of Architecture from the College of Engineering and Petroleum at Kuwait University 2008 – Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati in the USA – Faculty member at Kuwait University – specialized in urban policies and urban planning and organization.

Sixth winner:
Jinan Mohsen Ramadan: (4,301) votes
Born in 1973 – Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Kuwait University – Master of Chemical Engineering from Kuwait University – Doctorate from Ain Shams University in the Arab Republic of Egypt – Appointed as a member of the Municipal Council 2009 – Held the position of advisor to the Kuwaiti National Assembly – Appointed Member of the Central Tenders Authority – She assumed the position of Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Housing Affairs in 2018.

Seventh Winner:
Ammar Muhammad Al-Ajmi: (3,784 votes)
Born in 1962 – Holds a Bachelor’s degree in commercial aviation – Worked as a pilot in Kuwait Airways – Member of Parliament 2012.

Eighth Winner:
Hamad Adel Al-Obeid: (3,376 votes)
Born in 1982 – Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Jurisprudence and Fundamentals of Jurisprudence from Kuwait University – Master’s degree in Islamic Economics from Cairo University – Director of the General Manager’s Office at the Qur’an and Sunnah Authority – Director of the Department of Care for the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah.

Ninth winner:
Faris Saad Al-Otaibi: (3,189 votes)
Born in 1974 – Bachelor of Business Administration – General Observer in Kuwait Municipality – Member of the National Assembly 2013-2020 Member of the Khaitan Cooperative Society.

Tenth winner:
Khalil Abdullah Abel: (2,963 votes)
Born in 1965 – holds a doctorate in software engineering – a member of the faculty at the College of Science at Kuwait University – a member of the Kuwait Society of Engineers – a member of the National Assembly (2012 invalidated – 2013).
