KUWAIT CITY, March 26: Weather conditions in Kuwait are expected to improve, as high pressure will advance by midnight bringing foggy conditions, according to a meteorologist. Winds will shift from southeasterly to southwesterly later on exceeding 60 km/h causing dust in some areas and sea waves rising to more than 7 feet, said Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi to KUNA.
