KUWAIT CITY, Aug 28: An unknown individual attacked a 1978-born Kuwaiti woman and damaged her vehicle when she rejected his advances, reports Al-Anba daily.

According to security sources, the woman filed a case against the unknown man at Fintas Police Station, explaining that she had parked her car near a shop when an unknown individual came to her window and started talking to her.

When she ignored him, he hit her on her leg and arm, went back to his vehicle, intentionally rammed into her vehicle and fled from the location. She was unable to note down his vehicle’s number plate.

Family of thieves: Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Capital Governorate have arrested an unidentified woman and her three daughters, the youngest being 12-year-old, in connection with the theft of a diamond ring from a jewelry shop in Salhiya, reports Al-Jarida daily.

The arrest came after the owner of the shop filed a complaint and the securitymen identified the main suspect after viewing the CCTV footage from the security camera installed in the shop. During interrogation the mother said the younger daughter helped her steal the ring
