Two expats arrested producing alcohol

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 19: The Ministry of Interior arrested two expats who were manufacturing liquor in Hawally governorate. 33 bottles of locally produced alcohol were found in their possession. They were referred to the competent authority to take legal measures.
