KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: Two Kuwaiti brothers, one of who is wanted by law for a case of debt worth KD 6,640, were arrested in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. According to security sources, Farwaniya securitymen were patrolling the area when they suspected a vehicle and ordered the driver to pull over. They checked his detail as well as that of his brother who was with him to discover one of them was wanted by law for a financial case.Securitymen searched them to find “Chemical” drug and some other drugs as well as drug paraphernalia. They were arrested and referred with the confiscated items to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action. Meanwhile, a Bangladeshi expatriate was arrested in possession of four sachets of methamphetamine, four sachets of heroin and hashish.According to security sources, patrol officers noticed the suspect sitting in front of a parked vehicle and digging using a shovel. As soon as he saw them, he started running, holding a bag in his hand. Securitymen chased him and eventually caught him. They checked his bag and found methamphetamine, heroin and hashish.
