Two arrested with narcotics

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28: The Ministry of Interior’s Jahra Gvoernorate Security Directorate arrested two persons in an abnormal condition which resulted in possession of suspected narcotic items. They along with seized items were referred to the competent authorities to take necessary legal measures against them.
