KUWAIT CITY, Aug 29: Those people who have not taken the vaccine will not be permitted to travel abroad from starting from Wednesday, Sept 1, with the exception of two cases, reports Al- Anba daily quoting reliable sources. The same sources pointed out this step comes in implementation of the decision of the Council of Ministers, which stipulates that permitting travel for non-vaccinated citizens be limited to two cases only -- the age groups not subject to vaccination, that is, young people under 12 years old, and citizens who have obtained a certificate approved by the Ministry of Health authorities stating they cannot be vaccinated due to health reasons. It is note-worthy to mention earlier pregnant women were allowed to travel abroad even if they did not receive the vaccine
