Transport bus seized, driver arrested

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 10: The General Department of Public Relations and Security Information at the Ministry of Interior responded to a video clip that was circulated on social media showing one of the drivers of the public transport bus mounting a pavement and endangering his life and the lives of road users, reports Annahar daily.

The department said that once the communication was received, the traffic patrols immediately rushed to the spot arrested the driver and impounded the bus.

The department calls on the citizens and residents to abide by the laws and cooperate with the security personnel. The department also said it seeks the help and cooperation of the general public and requests to call 112 if any negative behavior is observed
