KUWAIT CITY, March 1: A lieutenant has filed a complaint with the police accusing a Kuwaiti of assaulting him because the former had issued him a traffic citation, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily quoting the complainant said the incident happened in front of the British Embassy. A security source said, “the traffic police officer stopped the motorist for violating a traffic law but the latter got furious and assaulted the man in uniform.”
