KUWAIT CITY, Nov 23: The security officers have arrested a corporal for assaulting a traffic officer, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, this happened when the officer stopped a vehicle driven by the suspect because the vehicle had no number plates and making annoying noises.
Meanwhile, the Al-Anba daily quoting General Traffic Department sources says motorists have been warned that if their vehicles (all types of vehicles including motorcycles) are found making annoying noise they will be impounded for two months because it causes inconvenience to other motorists and is considered a grave traffic offence.
